In the event that your pet has an emergency, try to reduce your pet's stress level by remaining calm.  Call us immediately.  Always approach wounded animals with caution.  

Reasons to seek urgent veterinary care:

Bleeding

Difficulty breathing

Pale gums or yellow gums

Bloated abdomen

Acute swellings

Trauma (hit by car, dropped, attacked by another animal)

Difficulty during labor 

Straining to urinate or defecate

Vomiting and unable to hold down food and fluids

Diarrhea

Lethargy

Seizures or abnormal behavior
